AI consultancy for UK and US businesses
An AI consultant who builds what they recommend.
Most AI consulting ends in a slide deck and a roadmap. Ours ends in a system running in your business. It starts with a free 30-minute consultation with the engineer who would do the work, then a written scope with a fixed price, then the build, production and care.
You will recognise at least one of these
01
You know AI should help, but not where
Everyone in the business has used ChatGPT, and nobody can say which part of the week it should take over first, or what that would cost to build properly.
02
A demo that never reached production
A pilot looked good in a meeting, then broke on real data, or nobody owned it after the person who built it moved on.
03
A roadmap instead of a result
You were quoted for workshops, an opportunity report and a strategy deck, and the actual system was a second project with a second price.
04
The same work, done by hand every week
Reports rebuilt from last week's file, orders and enquiries retyped between systems, the same customer questions answered again and again.
What we take off the desk
Each of these is built from information your firm already holds. Somebody is retyping it. We stop that, and we keep it running after it is built.
Not sure which one to start with? Send us the thing that eats the most afternoons. We reply within one business day, and within 1-2 business days you have in writing what we would build first and what it would cost.
A free first consultation
Thirty minutes with the engineer who would build it. You describe the work; we say whether AI fits, what we would do first, and when the honest answer is no.
A written scope with a fixed price
Within one to two business days: what gets built first, what it needs access to, what it costs and the date. You decide with a number in hand, not after a paid discovery phase.
The system itself
AI agents, documents drafted from your own records, assistants that answer from your data, voice agents, and the CRM and ERP integrations around them.
Production, not a pilot
Built against your real data and tested on last month's work, with a person checking the output until you say otherwise.
Someone who keeps it running
Monitoring, fixes when a supplier changes something, and a short monthly report on what the system did and what it cost to run.
How the first two weeks go
01
You tell us about the work
One conversation or one email: which job, which systems, how often. We reply within one business day.
02
We write the scope
A one-page document with what gets built first, what it needs, what it costs and when it is live. Fixed. You decide.
03
We build it and run it
It goes into production on your accounts, with your team checking the output at first, and we keep it running for as long as you want us to.
Every offer has a written scope before any invoice, and a fixed price on that scope. If something we built ever stops, the first to hear about it is us, not your client. The full list of what we charge for is on the pricing page. A written diagnostic of something already broken starts at $500£400€450, credited in full against the repair if you go ahead within 90 days.
Questions we get from ai consultancy firms
How much does an AI consultant cost?+
The first consultation is free. Every build after it is a fixed price on a written scope, agreed before any invoice, and the ranges are published on our pricing page in pounds and dollars. Freelance AI consultants usually charge by the day instead, which leaves the total open until the work is finished.
Do you work with UK and US companies?+
Yes. We have a UK correspondence address in London and invoice in pounds for UK clients, and the contracting company is a US company for US clients, with dollar invoices. The UK and US pages set out the tax, data and contract details for each.
What have you actually built?+
For a well drilling and hydrogeology company: a system that drafts their documents from project data in their own templates, a nightly agent that reports which stock is running low, and a tool that turns photographed site plans into clean, marked-up PDFs. They have since ordered further systems. For an online store, an assistant that answers customers' product questions from the store's own catalogue. For a digital agency, a phone voice agent.
Do we need an AI strategy before we start?+
For a business of ten to two hundred people, usually not. One conversation about where the hours go is enough to pick the first system. A paid written diagnostic only makes sense for larger operations with many systems involved.
Who owns the system and the data?+
You do. Everything runs in accounts in your name, under a data processing agreement, and you can remove our access the day the work is done.

Outline the failing system, or the process that should stop being manual. Every enquiry is answered by the engineer who would do the work.

A reply from the person who would do the work: whether we can help, what it would cost, and what we would do first.

The price, the date, what is included. Send a log instead and the written diagnostic comes back in two business days.
- 03
What you will not get
Discovery workshops billed by the hour, slide decks, or a handoff to a sales team. If we are not the right fit, we say so and name a better one.
