What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name, and message you type in. That is the only personal data this site collects on purpose. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and debugging.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare a scope or a quote you asked for, and keep the thread of an engagement. The legal basis under GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and later the performance of a contract if we work together.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
What we measure without asking
Page views, referrers and rough country, through Vercel Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics. Neither sets cookies, neither stores an identifier that follows you between sites, and neither sees your name or email. We use them to find out which pages people actually read, not who you are.
What we only do with your permission
If you allow it in the banner, four things load. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies so we can see how people move through the site and which pages lead to an enquiry; Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so it does not feed Google's advertising profiles. We also advertise on LinkedIn, Meta and in ChatGPT, and their tags, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel and the OpenAI measurement pixel, set cookies so that we can show our ads to people who have already visited this site, and count which ad brought a visit that turned into an enquiry. If you decline, none of them load and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice any time through the Cookies link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers.
Where it lives and for how long
Enquiries land in our email inbox and are kept for as long as the conversation or engagement is live, then archived. Client project data lives in accounts you own; we access it, we do not warehouse it. If you want an enquiry deleted, one email is enough.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days, usually much faster.
