What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name, and message you type in. That is the only personal data this site collects on purpose. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and debugging.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare a scope or a quote you asked for, and keep the thread of an engagement. The legal basis under GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and later the performance of a contract if we work together.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data, we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives and for how long
Enquiries land in our email inbox and are kept for as long as the conversation or engagement is live, then archived. Client project data lives in accounts you own; we access it, we do not warehouse it. If you want an enquiry deleted, one email is enough.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days, usually much faster.
