Your AI build worked in the demo and broke in production
We repair broken automations, chatbots, and voice systems, no matter who built them. Root cause first, fixed price before any work.
$500
3 business days
root-cause report + fixed quote
30 days on every fix
The six ways it usually shows up
The workflow dies every few days
Red nodes in n8n or Make, silent failures, someone restarting it by hand every Monday.
The chatbot makes things up
Confident wrong answers to your customers because retrieval was never grounded properly.
The voice agent drops or double-books
Calls cut off mid-sentence, calendar ghosts, callers repeating themselves.
It breaks every time something updates
An API version, a renamed CRM field, a model change, and everything stops.
The person who built it is gone
A freelancer or agency shipped it, got paid, and stopped answering.
It worked in the demo
Production traffic, real data, and real users had other plans.
What a rescue costs
| Service | Price | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
Written diagnostic We read the workflows, logs, and prompts. Written root-cause report and a fixed repair quote. Credited in full against the fix. | $500 | 3 business days |
Small fix One clear failure: a broken integration, a bad prompt, a missing retry. When the diagnostic shows a minor break, you pay the minor price. | $750-$1,500 | 2-5 days |
Standard rescue Where most rescues land. Multiple failure points or fragile architecture: root-cause fixes, error handling, alerts, and a paper trail. | $1,500-$4,000 | 1-2 weeks |
Rebuild properly Only when repairing genuinely costs more. The diagnostic will say so in writing before you decide. | $4,000-$10,000 | 2-4 weeks |
Who this works for, and who it does not
Good fit
- A system exists: n8n, Make, Zapier, a chatbot, a voice agent, a GPT workflow
- You can give us access to the accounts it runs on
- It matters: real leads, real bookings, or real money flow through it
- You want it fixed and documented
Not a fit
- No system yet and you want to explore AI. Start with the audit instead
- No access to the accounts and no way to get it
- Expecting a $200 fix for a rebuild-level mess. The diagnostic will give you the real number
- You mainly need someone to blame for the last build
Questions people ask before paying
Why is the diagnostic paid?
Because it is real work: we read your workflows, logs, and prompts and write a report you can hand to anyone, including a competitor of ours. A free diagnosis on a sales call is a pitch. And the $500 comes off the repair anyway.
What if you find it can't be fixed sensibly?
Then the report says so, with a rebuild quote next to the repair quote. You get both numbers side by side and decide with them in hand.
Can you take over maintenance afterwards?
Yes. Most rescues end with a Care plan from $1,500/mo: monitoring, fixes within 24 to 48 hours, and a monthly report. Entirely optional, monthly rolling.
The original builder still has the accounts. Now what?
Recovering access is usually step one of the rescue, and we have done it before. Everything gets rebuilt into accounts in your name so this can never happen again.
