Do you maintain systems someone else built?
Yes, after a Rescue diagnostic ($500) so we know what we're taking responsibility for. Most rescues turn into Care plans.
What counts as an 'improvement'?
A concrete change we agree on in the monthly call: a new automation step, a better prompt with eval results, an added integration, a report. Scoped so it ships within the month.
